3310247 - Buddy email notification sent with empty value for token [[JobCode]] - Onboarding

[[JobCode]] token is not triggering for some buddy email notification, nothing appears.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login in customer instance
2. Enter in “Email Services”
3. Active Templates - email “ (ONB) Buddy Assignment Template”
4. Note in the Body Text token [[JobCode]] being used
5. Now in Email status, note that for some Recipients this token is not triggering, information comes blank.

• The issue is happening because of JobCode value is not populated in Job Information of the candidate at the time of Buddy notification is sent.
• Checking PVM configuration, New Hire Data Review (NHDR) step is disabled which triggers the HRIS sync and would have saved this value, but as this step is disabled this value is not getting saved till MPH submit happening.

Workaround 1: JobCode can be passed from RCM mapping tools so that it is available when the NHA notification is triggered.

Workaround 2: Admin/HM can open Access New hire Data and do submit it, although it is similar to doing New Hire Data Review (NHDR) step.
