3310273 - Schedule failed to file system or no file generated in BI 4.x

Symptom

Schedule a document/publication to file system fails with one of the following errors:

  • login error. [The user name or password is incorrect.]: [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]
  • source file error. [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]: [Invalid argument]
  • [destination file error. [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]: [\{1\}]]

Or scheduling a document/publication to file system is successful but no file is generated in the destination.
