3310584 - Error prompt raised when click 'Go to Deployment Target' button under 'Deployment Targets' tab in SAP Central Business Configuration

Symptom

When clicking on 'Go to Deployment Target' button under “Deployment Targets” tab, below error occurs:

"App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment. Failed to resolve navigation target "#CBCStaging-displayList?CBCStagingSource=SAP_CBC".
