If rehire check is done, the new name is shown in onboarding dashboard and in data review.
After HRIS-Sync the old name is shown in ONB dashboard but the new name remains in data review.

Resolution
This is a known behavior of the system and is part of an enhancement that our engineering team will plan accordingly the best course of action to implement this feature.
