In the System Monitoring UI, the metric "ABAP System HTTP Availability" is failing with the following error:
"[Reason: URL is malformed http://$HOST_NAME$:<port number>/sap/public; nested exception is: java.net.MalformedURLException: Not a valid URL: Unexpected character found ['$' at position 7]] "
