In the Manage Your Solution app, the Configuration ID 500175 (Brazil Service Types), configuration step 4 (ID 102209 - Assign Service Type to Material Number) is no longer available as of SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2302.

As explained in the documentation provided in the SAP Help Portal page What's New in SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2302 - Assign Official Service Types to Material Numbers App, the app ID J_1BSERVASSIGN2V (Assign Official Service Types to Material Numbers - Brazil) is the successor of the Assign Service Type to Material Number (J_1BSERVASSIGN2V) configuration option. The Assign Service Type to Material Number (J_1BSERVASSIGN2V) configuration option is no longer available. 

The same configuration is done by the app ID J_1BSERVASSIGN2V (Assign Service Type to Material Number), which is available for users that have the Business Role SAP_BR_TAX_SPECIALIST_BR configured.
