1. Partners/Customer Support try to create a super admin user in Provisioning and click save
2. Error appears - Exception in creating an admin user:Wrapped Exception: SQLException thrown SAP DBTech JDBC: [260]: invalid column name: USERS_SYS_PRONOUNS
Cause
Database Error
Resolution
Create a Company Schema Upgrade Job in Provisioning and run it.
