3310741 - New Nationality could not be chosen even though data is added in ISOCountry picklist

I have added a new country in ISOCountry picklist, why it could not be found in Personal Information<Nationality dropdown?

This is because Personal Information<Nationality field retrieves data from Country/Region object, but not ISOCountry picklist.

Please go to Manage Data, create a new Country/Region based on business requirement. Then the new Country/Region could be found in Personal Information<Nationality dropdown.
