Symptom

  • In transaction SBGRFCMON, during bgRFC units processing, the message 'Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)' is raised. 
  • In the dev_rfc* traces the following message is logged:

**** Trace file opened at <Date and time> UTC, by disp+work
**** Versions SAP-REL <Kernel version> 
======> Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)
ABAP Programm: CL_BGRFC_DS_EXEC==============CP (Transaction: )
Called function module: BGRFC_DEST_SHIP
User: <UserID under 'Logon & Security' of bgRFC Supervisor Destination> (Client: 100)

  • Authorization test to bgRFC Supervisor destination is successful.
