3310787 - Some of the inactive users are not showing in calibration session

Even after enabling “Include inactive user” option under manage calibration template, some of the inactive users are missing under calibration session.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Go to the Admin Center > Manage Calibration Templates > Advanced tab > enable the option Include inactive users

2. Once the option is enabled, when creating Calibration sessions and the option select subjects automatically is selected, the inactive users will also be automatically included as subjects in the Calibration session

3. When viewing the inactive users in the session, their names will display with a strikethrough in the List View and Bin View. In the Matrix Grid View, the inactive users will appear grayed out

4. But some of the inactive users are not showing in calibration session.

Only inactive subjects with status=1(means valid) will display in session.

If a user is in status=2(means invalid) in subject table, will not show in calibration session.

When you activate a calibration session, the subjects with no PM form, or PM form not in calibration step, those subjects are not in calibration detail page. Now these subjects have status=2. 

When you activate a calibration session, the subjects with valid PM form in calibration step will be included into the session, then you can see those subjects in Calibration session detail page. Now these subjects have status=1.

Workaround:

Create a new session and include all the users, if all the inactive users have valid PM form in calibration step, you can see all of them will be in the session detail page after activation.
