3310789 - Unable to Activate the Inbound Delivery Notifiation (IDN)

Symptom

ERP inbound delivery has been distributed to the EWM system, but the user is unable to find the corresponding EWM inbound delivery.

The user noticed that the Inbound Delivery Notification (IDN) is inactive. While trying to activate the IDN, the following errors occur.

  • Activity "Set Version to Active" is not permitted; reason: status "Blocked (Overall Status)" has value "Yes", Message no. /SCDL/AF041. 
  • Activity 'Set Version to Active' is not permitted; reason: status 'Activate' has value 'Rejected'." (Message no. /SCDL/AF041)
