You execute the report Material Inventories - Line Items and found the Key Figure 'Amt Comp Curr' shows 0 value

1. Navigate to Business Analytics Work Center
2. Select Design Reports and search for report 'Material Inventories - Line Items'
3. Open the report and enter the relevant fields like Company Code, Set of Books, G/L account, Journal Entry and so on
4. Once its executed, you observe the key figure 'Amt Comp Curr' shows 0 amount

Eventhough the respective Journal Entry has the non zero values for the G/L account used in the report, same amount is available in both the debit and credit side which means the source document e.g. Goods and Activity Confirmation has in(+) and out(-) quantities, resulting in net value of zero for the G/L Account

To accurately see the transactional values, the report needs to have 2 columns Journal Entry Item ID and Journal Entry. Then both positive and negative value of same amount can be seen to which the resultant value is zero.
