3310959 - Posting fails with to custom field validation

Symptom

Error Value &1 of field &2 is not valid raised on posting for custom field using example app Post General Journal Entry (App ID F0718)/Upload General Journal Entries (App ID F2548), external APIs like the SOAP Operation JournalEntryBulkCreateRequest

Reproducing the Issue

Post Journal entries

Cause

Before CE2302 validation for custom fields of type "Amount with currency", "Quantity with unit code" and "List" threw an error if the values were not valid.

Since CE2302 SAP validation API is called differently by the application and therefore, the validation throws errors also for custom fields of type “Association to Custom Business Object, “Association to Standard Business Object” and “List based on CDS View” if the values are not valid.
