3311022 - Lead Note Field In Workflow Rule

When creating Lead BO workflow rules, for example of type e-mail, you see a standard 'Notes' placeholder available. You want to know which Leads-notes field this refers to.

The available Lead BO workflow rule placeholder 'Notes' refers to the 'Lead Information' section's note field.

While the Lead Information section notes field is available by standard to be used as placeholder for lead bo workflow rules, the account and contact section note fields have never yet been exposed.

As work-around you can create custom notes fields and use those in the workflow rule.

However, the two standard note fields would need to be requested as new feature request as they have never yet been exposed here before. We would therefore like to kindly ask you to post this new request on our influence page:  https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1868
