3311048 - Notes From Goods and Services Receipt Are Not Carried to Journal Entry

You have maintained the Notes in the Goods Services Receipt for both Header and Item levels however those values are not carried to the Journal Entry.

1. Go to Goods and Services Receipts work center.
2. Go to Receipts and Returns view.
3. Go to Show by Documents subview.
4. Search for ABC (ABC is the Goods and Services Receipt ID).
5. Click in Edit button.
6. Navigate to Items tab.
7. Navigate to Notes subtab.
8. You can see the Notes related to the item level here.
9. Navigate to Notes tab.
10. You can see the Notes related to the header level here.
11. Navigate to Document Flow tab.
12. Click in the icon corresponding to the Goods and Services Receipt's Journal Entry.
13. In Line Items section, click in the line related to the Item of the Goods and Services Receipt.

You can see that the field 'Item Text' does not have the text maintained in the Notes.

The 'Item Text' field maintained in the Journal Entry of the Goods and Services Receipt has the same value of the 'Product Description' of the item. So if the Product Description of the Item is 'XYZ', the Item Text field will have the value of 'XYZ' as well.
