3311226 - Generated Apply URL link is invalid when posting to Job boards - Recruiting Posting

Candidates are unable to apply to jobs posted on job boards via recruiting posting due to incorrect DC on the apply URL. The URL generated in Recruiting Posting is redirecting to the wrong server and it is impacting the job posting to Job boards.

Example scenario:

The link should be generated using the server DC4, but it is using DC68. Thus, the URL is not accessible.

Link generated by RP: https://career68.successfactors.com/sfcareer/jobreqcareer?company=XXXX&jobId=XXX&locale=en_GB

How it should be: https://career4.successfactors.com/sfcareer/jobreqcareer?company=XXXX&jobId=XXX&locale=en_GB

Please note that this issue can happen to all datacenter and it is not located to DC4/DC68 only.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. Go to Job Posting from the Job board and click the "Apply" button.
2. It will generate the below error:
   
   This site can't be reached
   
   career00.successfactors.com's server IP address could not be found.
   
   OR
   
   Check if there is a typo in career00.successfactors.com.

The BizX URL is still in the old DC while the DC of the customer's account in Recruiting Posting is in the new DC migration.

While the server migration of customers from the old DC is not yet fully completed, the DC that should be followed for customer's account in Recruiting Posting should be the old DC.

Currently, this settings can only be changed by SAP Recruiting Posting team.
