3311245 - Error on Activate Org Unit Changes

Symptom

You want to set a Valid To date for an Org Unit from Unlimited to a specific date for example 23.02.2023

When you try to activate the changes made you receive the below error messages:
Activation failed; resolve all errors.
Business residence XXX (Name) is assigned as site to company tax arrangement XYZ/ZZZ (CompanyID/TaxAuthorityID) from dd.mm.yyyy to 31.12.9999.

XYZ stands for the company ID
ZZZ stands for the Tax Authority ID
dd.mm.yyyy in this case is set as 22.10.2018
