in Execution Manager Dashboard, the job backgroundActionsOnDelRestoreReqs Delete is failing

User is getting an email about the backgroundActionsOnDelRestoreReqs failed to complete.

The failure job email is caused by user trying to delete the job requisition but the email trigger to notify the internals users is disabled. To fix the issue, go to Manage Recruiting Triggers and enable the trigger for Job Requisition Deleted (Internal user).
