3311261 - Error "Invalid Computer Name! Please re-enter the binary path." pops up when changing Tomcat start account from system account to service account

Symptom

  • Post BO Server installation when trying to get Tomcat to run under the service account, then noticed the Command line is set to encrypted text.
  • Tomcat can be started under the System Account.
  • When trying to change the user from system account to the service account then get the error "Invalid Computer Name! Please re-enter the binary path."
