3311294 - QM02: Rework decision from quality notification is not reflected in PEO production order

Symptom

A defect along with a quality notification is generated via fiori app 'Perform Operation Activity' [for Production Operator - Discrete Manufacturing (Extended Production Operations) - App ID F2898].

When in transaction QM02 the 'Rework' action box item is triggered, the 'Decision' column of the defect record connected to the PEO order is not updated.
