3311471 - Job posted in RCM is not appearing on RMK - posting end date issue

Symptom

A job requisition posted externally in RCM is not appearing on RMK.

Checking the export logs in Command Center (partners and support), the error is as below:

The conversion of a datetime2 data type to a smalldatetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.
