Symptom
A job requisition posted externally in RCM is not appearing on RMK.
Checking the export logs in Command Center (partners and support), the error is as below:
The conversion of a datetime2 data type to a smalldatetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
Cause
The posting end date selected in RCM is not accepted by RMK.
Resolution
RMK is using an enddate field type which has a limited date range of 1900-01-01 through 2079-06-06. If the posting end date entered in RCM is after the latter, it will result in the job not appearing on RMK with this error in the logs.
To resolve this, change the posting end date to before 2079-06-06 in RCM and repost the requisition. The job will appear normally on RMK afterwards.
