3311505 - HANA Backint backup is not running on 8 configured sessions

Symptom

After migration the system to a new data center, the parallel_data_backup_backint_channels parameter which is set to 8 running only on 2 sessions.

data_backup_buffer_size from = 4096MB
parallel_data_backup_backint_channels = 8

The 3rd-Party see only 2 sessions on the Backint side:
