3311544 - Unable to Deactivate Credit Segment 0000 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• In the SSCUI Create Credit Segments (SSCUI ID 102104) it is not possible to change credit segment 0000 to a "normal" segment (not a main segment) by removing the main segment flag. It is greyed out in the edit mode of the configuration.
  
  
• A credit check error is occurring in the sales order related to credit segment 0000, although the credit check should only be performed against another credit segment, such as 1000.

It is due to hardcoding that only segment 0000 can be the main segment. It is standard system design.

Do not use the main segment 0000 if don't need it. That means: 

Do not assign a company code or sales area to segment 0000, and just use the sub-segments with no contribution to main segment and select credit check only on segment level.
