3311747 - Performance error when editing Background Information

When trying to edit Background Portlet and delete a record, getting a low performance error.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Go to the employee profile
2. Navigate to the Background Data section
3. Click on edit button
4. Portlet keeps loading

Employee has too many records/entries for the Background block.

It is suggested to not have more than 100 records in one background block for a single user.

Reduce the number of records for the user.
