3312135 - Addressing Backup Compression Issues in HANA Cockpit

Symptom

Backup compressed works fine via SQL to the TenantDB:

BACKUP DATA FOR ABD USING FILE ('ABD_2022-01-03-compressed') COMPRESSED;

But in HANA Cockpit there is no edit option for data compression although the user is assigned to system privilege backup admin.
Configuration parameter 'data_backup_compression_level' for TenantDB is set from default '0' to '2' but here is no change of behavior e.g. missing compression when taking a data backup.
