3312195 - UK Compliance - Upload P45 - Success Message Incorrect - Onboarding

Symptom

Success Message received when candidate uploads P45 in UK Compliance step is misleading and incorrect.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. UK Candidate initiated
  2. Open Compliance Task as candidate 
  3. When asked in the beginning if you already have a P45 form you tick "yes"
  4. Now you upload your document
  5. Success Message displayed is misleading as it implies candidate will have also e-sign step but this is not the case if you upload P45
  6. Success Message received: "The form is submitted. The forms have to be e-signed to complete the process. Submit all the forms to proceed to the e-Signature step."

Advised by product management this is enhancement
