3312202 - How to Verify the Allowed Sender Domains in a Customer Tenant

You want to verify the allowed sender domains in your customer tenant.

SAP Business ByDesign

Following are the steps to verify the allowed sender domains maintained in your Business ByDesign system:

1. Go to Business Configuration Work center.
2. Go to Overview View.
3. In the Search field, Search E-Mail and Fax Settings.
4. Select the option E-mail and Fax Settings.
5. Click Change Immediately or Open.
6. Click E-mail and Fax Settings.

The allowed sender domains will be displayed.

Note: In order to send e-mails through the system using this domains, it is required to enable a DKIM key for all the maintained domains.
