3312400 - java.security.cert.CertificateExpiredException error in Cloud Integration outbound connections

Symptom

While sending outbound HTTPS request from Cloud Integration, below error is seen in Message Processing Log:

  • [SOAP Receiver Channel] org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not send Message., cause: java.security.cert.CertificateExpiredException: NotAfter: <Date and Time>
  • [HTTP Receiver Channel] java.net.ConnectException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: validity check failed, cause: java.security.cert.CertificateExpiredException: NotAfter: <Date and Time>
