3312521 - HTTP 403 Forbidden due to Access Policy, while calling On-Premise system from Cloud Integration via Cloud Connector

Symptom

While sending HTTP request from Cloud Integration to On-Premise system via Cloud Connector (Proxy Type: On-Premise), below error is seen in Mesasge Processing Log:

  • HTTP response '403: Forbidden. Access denied to resource <subdirectories> on system <host:port>. In case this was a valid request, ensure to expose the resource correctly in your cloud connector.' when communicating with <URL>
  • HTTP response '403: Forbidden. Access denied to system <host:port>. In case this was a valid request, ensure to expose the system correctly in your cloud connector.' when communicating with <URL>
  • Access denied to resource <subdirectories> on system <host:port>. In case this was a valid request, ensure to expose the resource correctly in your cloud connector.
  • Access denied to system <host:port>. In case this was a valid request, ensure to expose the system correctly in your cloud connector.
