3312566 - Story upgrade fails for LMS

The Story upgrade fails for LMS schema and the support team finds the following error in the logs "PV_CPNT_CUST_COLUMN (t -1) not found (cannot get catalog object)".

Custom columns (Item or/and User) are missing in LMS. They are mandatory for the Story upgrade to work for LMS schema.

Support Team can identify if the issue is related by checking internal memo.

If related to the solve the issue please do below.

1. Create one Item custom column at Admin -> System Administration -> Custom Columns -> Item.
2. Create one User custom column at Admin -> System Administration -> Custom Columns -> User.

Once the custom columns are created in LMS, the support team can execute the upgrade again in provisioning or via script.

Please note that there is no impact on adding the custom fields in LMS. They can be dummy and can be deleted after the Story upgrade is complete for LMS.
