3312570 - How to select and apply Actions to all or multiple Business Users

You are trying to make changes, such as Security Policy, for multiple users from the Business Users view but are unable to select multiple users.

SAP BUSINESS BYDESIGN

1. Navigate to Application and User Management work center.
2. Open Business Users view.
3. There is no obvious method to select and apply changes to multiple users.

1. Navigate to Application and User Management work center.
2. Open Business Users view.
3. To select all or multiple users highlight the first required user, then hold shift and select another user. This will highlight all users between the two (inclusive). If you hold Ctrl, instead of shift, you can select individual users to highlight and add to your selection.
4. Then complete your intended action and it will apply to all highlighted users i.e. Actions -> Assign Security Policy
