3312660 - How to Enable the Business E-mail Function / Work Center View in Application and User Management Work Center

You want to enable the 'Business Communication Archive' work center view in Application and User Management work center. This view further includes ' Business E-Mails' and 'Business to business Messages'

Few years ago, there was some development happened around this topic but later on it was decided that this development will not be made productive. But due to some technical issue it got delivered to ByD tenants.

Whenever any incident comes around Business Emails we are de-scoping the BC Option responsible for enabling these work center view

We cannot enable this functionality since it is not indented for availability but we can de-scope in the tenants where it is enabled
