3312834 - Goal Plan Search Shows Same Employee Name Multiple Times

When searching for an employee using the Goal Plan search, can see the same employee name showing up multiple times.

1. Log in to system
2. Home dropdown > Goal Plan
3. In Goal Plan search, enter employee name
4. Can see more than one result for the same employee

User has more than one global assignment, or a concurrent assignment.

When a user has multiple assignments, each assignment is given a unique user ID. Each user ID is considered a separate user so the system will show each user in the Goal Plan search.
