Symptom
- Recruiting user has removed the default recruiting group or users in Operator Team field, but can't see the option to "Apply admin defaults" even if user has write permission on the Operator Team field.
- Recruiting user has updated the default recruiting users and groups in Manage Recruiting Team Settings but unable to pull the new settings back onto the requisition since the "Apply admin defaults" is missing.

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Recruiting and open the Job Requisition
- Scroll down to the Recruiting Team field and try to update the users and groups defaulted to the Recruiting team
- There is no "Apply admin defaults" button
Cause
The setting "Prevent end-users from changing admin’s default settings" is enabled in Recruiting Team Settings
Resolution
The admin can choose to prevent a recruiting user from altering the admin-defaulted settings, even if that recruiting user has write access to the operatorTeam field by enabling the setting "Prevent end-users from changing admin’s default settings"
- Go to Admin Center
- Navigate to Manage Recruiting Team Settings
- Select a requisition template
- Disable / uncheck "Prevent end-users from changing an admin's default settings"
- The "Apply admin default" is now available next to Operator Team field
Important Note: After setting "Apply admin default", before saving the changes, ensure there are no duplicate users added to the Operator Team. This is a mandatory step to prevent the unique constraint errors that occur when saving Job Requisitions which cause the changes to not be saved.
