3312917 - Current Role showing To Be Purged in Career Worksheet

• When customer try to do a purge it is showing current role  To be Purge on the preview report even if they don't have a target role.

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Login to instance

2. Go to Admin Center > Data Retention Management

3. Create new Purge Request > Purge Request Type > DRTM  Career Worksheet Purge

4.  Select user > Input Approvers name > Hit Career Worksheet as Purge Object

Purge Request Monitor

1. Go to Purge Request Monitor

2. Request Pending Final Approval

3. Download Preview Report > Shows Current Role

Expected Behavior

This is an expected behavior. When you open career worksheet page, the system will auto save the current role in career worksheet database and it will be used in readiness calculation.

The adhoc report is designed to show target roles, so current role is excluded in the report by design. And when you do DRTM purge, current role data in cws table will be purged and we need to claim any data which will be purged in preview report, therefore, we cannot exclude current role data.

Although the current role data in career worksheet database is purged in DRTM careerworksheet purge, it won't impact the user's current role. And once you re-open career worksheet, system will re-save current role in cws database.
