In the Job Requisition Summary Page, there's an unexpected autofocus (tabindex). This region has no function and provide a bad accessibility experience.

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Job Requisition tab
3. Press tab until you reach the div id="rcmSummary"

The issue has already been identified and a code fix will be deployed within the 2H 2023 release.
