3313243 - Events in Outlook being canceled if other candidate books the same time slot for an interview - Recruiting Management

Once you have the configuration "allow candidates book the same slot" settled, the outlook keeps only the last event "valid" on your calendar, the other ones are being canceled automatically.

This scenario could be consider as a system limitation. As of now, the outlook integration will keep only one event active on your calendar, so once the candidates books a slot that is already booked by a different candidate. On your outlook calendar, the first event will be canceled automatically and the second book will take place. 

Currently the outlook integration, does not edit an event already created to add a new participant, for example.
