3313311 - 'XSUAA could not authenticate user' error in SAP Cloud Integration

Symptom

When trying to call the SAP Cloud Integration (inbound), the call fails with HTTP 401 - Unauthorized. When checking the LJS/Trace logs of SAP Cloud Integration, the cause is:

  • com.sap.it.security.multicloud.authentication.UaaTokenBroker#anonymous#http-nio-8080-exec-4#com.sap.it.security.multicloud.authentication#na#na#na#na#XSUAA could not authenticate user <User>
