3313319 - Errors: NIECONN_REFUSED, NIEHOST_UNKNOWN or ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED - with CTE_SETUP connection failure

• The Concur Integration (ICS product) is experiencing issues resulting in connection failures with the error keywords NIECONN_REFUSED, NIEHOST_UNKNOWN and/or ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED.

No data can be received from HTTP client http_communication_failure.
ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

Same error can be replicated/displayed at SM59 >> Open the Concur RFC Destination >> Perform Connection Test >> At bottom of screen error appears:

• The Test Connection in SM59 for the Concur RFC Destination also fails with the following error: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED.
