Symptom
When you set a property as the 'name of the local' variable (dynamic), and it does not exist at runtime, the iflow fail with the error below in SAP Cloud Integration:
- com.sap.it.rt.adapter.http.api.exception.HttpResponseException: An internal server error occured: Parallel processing failed for number 0. Exchange[XXXXXXXXX]. Caused by: [org.apache.camel.language.simple.types.SimpleIllegalSyntaxException - expected symbol functionEnd but was eol at location 45 target_application_name}_${property.group_name * ]
But if the variable exists, all goes fine and the message will be processed (the expression works when the local variable exist, but the expression fails when the variable does not exist).
