Check connection under transaction CTE_SETUP results in error:

400  Bad Request >>> URI: /api/expense/expensereport/v1.1/report/Forms/PMT_VENDOR
No response from Concur system <RFC Connection name>. Try again later.
400 Bad Request

Please check the Concur logs for correlation ID <Concur correlation ID>.
