3313386 - Not able to process documents in Concur Posting Documents Monitor - (CTE)

Symptom

You access "Concur Posting Documents Monitor" app, but you are not able to manually process the documents. The options under the "Feedback Loop" button are greyed out.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access "Concur Posting Documents Monitor" app;
  2. Trying to manually process any document via button "Feedback Loop" -> "Step-By-Step"

Cause

With release of SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2302 segregation of duty was introduced. See Segregation of Duty.

Resolution

As described in the link to the SAP Help Portal, with the release of SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2302, it is needed to maintain the company code values for the Concur Integration - Concur Posting Documents Monitor (SAP_CON_BC_CTE_POST_MONI_PC) regarding Write and Read authorizations according to the business scenario. 

Access the app "Manage Business Roles" and add the company code accordingly.
