3313386 - CTE - after S/4HANA cloud 2302 release the user is not able to process documents in Concur Document Posting Monitor

You access "Concur Posting Documents Monitor" app, but the user after the upgrade is no longer able to manually process the documents, the options under "Feedback Loop" button are greyed out.

S/4HANA Cloud 2302

1. Access "Concur Posting Documents Monitor" app;
2. try to manually process any document via button "Feedback Loop" _ "Step-By-Step"

With the new SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2302 / 2302 it was included the segregation of duty.

As described at the above link (help portal), to prepare for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2302 release, maintain the company code values for the Concur Integration - Posting Documents Monitor (SAP_CON_BC_CTE_POST_MONI_PC) regarding Write and Read authorizations according to your business scenario. 

Thus you need to access the app "Manage Business Roles" and add the company code accordingly.
