3313416 - Page keeps loading while trying to access SuccessFactors with username and password

Symptom

By trying to access the main URL of the instance to proceed with login, the login page does not load and shows three blue dots.
By trying to access the main URL of the instance to proceed with login, the user cannot fill in the username and password to proceed with login, this is not displayed.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Cause

The Custom Login Page feature is being used on Provisioning > Modify Custom Pages.

Resolution

The custom-formatting of a Login Page is not supported by the Product Support Team or the Technical Support Engineering Team. It is customer's responsibility to create and maintain all HTML and associated files for your login page should you choose to use one.
