3313493 - Error message QV181 "Access to inspection lot & is not allowed" shows up when making usage decisions in app Manage Usage Decisions

You want to make usage decision for an inspection lot in app Manage Usage Decisions. 
However, you get the error message  "Access to inspection lot & is not allowed".

The error shows up because the inspection lot requires an inspection plan but no one has been assigned to it.
Before making a usage decision, the inspection lot has to be released. Since you have set the "Insp. with Task List" indictor for the inspection type, an inspection plan must be assigned to the inspection lot for further processing, including release.
Actually, we can see that the inspection lot has status "PREQ - Plan/specific. required". After you assign an inspection plan to it, this status will gone and the lot will be released.

Please assign a proper inspection plan to the inspection lot.
