3313597 - The Time Zone of Extension Field doesn't change Along With the Change of Time Zone in My Settings

There is an extension field in a document, for example a production request, and it is maintained as a date and time like 27.01.2023 04:00. In My Settings, Time Zone is UTC+00:00. Now change it to UTC+08:00, log off and log on system again, the extension field is still 27.01.2023 04:00.
