When running optimizer(either time series or order based planning), the execution fails with the following:

• Runtime for optimizer is too short to find a solution. Increase maximum solving runtime for optimizer.
• The optimizer didn't find a solution.

• SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• SAP Integrated Business Planning (SCM-IBP)

Error in SCM Operator run. Return Code = 1, The job failed due to user errors, Operator execution failed. See business log for details. Optimizer found no solution.
