3313839 - Rights and Options were greyed out for the Administrator user after BusinessObjects upgrade

Symptom

  • Administrator user or a member from Administrators group are not able to change password for users.
  • Administrator or a member from Administrators group sees some rights greyed out when previously it was working before the upgrade.
  • Administrator user may have full control granted but buttons still appear greyed out.
  • Administrator or a member from Administrators group  user are not able  to add a user to a group of user.
