Symptom
When you navigate to the SETTINGS tab in HANA Application Lifecycle Management (HALM):
- http://<FQDN>:80<NR>/sap/hana/xs/lm/?page=SettingTab
OR - https://<FQDN>:43<NR>/sap/hana/xs/lm/?page=SettingTab
the CTS Communication System and CTS Upload System details never finish loading:
You may see either:
- "An internal error occurred"
OR - "Unknown Error"
Note: Due to the nature of the issue, it may take a considerable amount of time for either exception to appear after navigating to the SETTINGS tab in HALM. At a technical level, connection attempts to reach the CTS system will have to timeout before an exception becomes visible in HALM.
