3313903 - Report for missing Clock in and Clock Out

• Time Tracking Report where in we can capture employees without CLOCK IN AND CLOCK OUT for a specific day.
• Identifying Missing clock in clock out for a day in report.
• Need to send Alert message if no punch in punch out or Absence bookings.
• find employees who has no punch in punch out (Missing Clock in And Clock Out).

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Currently there are no standard reports as such in Time tracking to find employees who has no punch in punch out (Missing Clock in And Clock Out).

2. Follow either of the two approaches as below:-

   1. Approach A:

      1. Fill a time collector when there is planned working time but neither attendance nor absence was created.

      2. Raise an alert with this time collector (this is a time tracking feature!).

      3. Info: this alert is displayed as warning message in the time sheet UI.

      4. Admin/Manager can find the alert in Admin Alerts.

      5. Build a story report on time collector alerts.
         OR

   2. Approach B:

      1. fill a time collector when there is planned working time but neither attendance nor absence was created.

      2. display or hide the collector (monthly or weekly) in the Time Sheet UI.

      3. build a story report on time collector.
