Symptom

When importing a transport request using CTS+ the following error is displayed in import logs:


ws execution error in ctsdeploy (cx ai system fault) 

SOAP:1007 SRT :unsupported xtream found: (HTTP code 500: internal server error) 

Error when processing Web service call

Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Unsupported xtream found: (HTTP code 500 : Internal Server Error)
